Any changes to project scope, requirements, or specifications will result in updated timelines and costs. These modifications are not eligible for refunds, as they constitute new work beyond the original agreement.
In the event of a dispute regarding refunds or service delivery:
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of service completion or the refund request date becomes ineligible. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
Upon full payment, ownership of all deliverables transfers to you. In the case of a refund, ownership of work-in-progress materials remains with Aptitude Skyline LLC, and we retain the right to use general methodologies and non-specific elements for other clients.
Once you accept and deploy our deliverables into your production environment or make modifications to the work, it is considered accepted, and no refunds will be issued.
We commit to providing services according to the specifications outlined in our contract. If we fail to meet the agreed-upon SLA and this results in demonstrable harm, we may offer service credits or partial refunds at our discretion.
